Sal hsd great customer service, he was friendly, understanding, and got me in as soon as possible. My issue wss fixed the same day & he even waited after they closed so I can pick up my vehicle, if that's not going above & beyond idk what is.

I have a Kia Sorento that had already been to 3 different shops, including a Kia dealership. After the first shop put it a crank shaft sensor, the car started to die at 3,000 rpm's. No one could figure out what was wrong with it. Finally Brake Master's 115 was able to get it fixed. I highly recommend Brake Master's and Sal is very knowledgeable and even called me a few days later to see how it's running.

This is an amazing place! I came to them with a noise that turned out to be a part of my brakes system missing it's bolts! My little mini cooper was barely holding on to one of it's calipers and it could have been very dangerous.The shop manager took care of me, and fixes it by adding the bolts at no charge! I am beyond happy with the brake masters in Berna, and won't go anywhere else, ever...
